Whirlwind December
On December 6 Cambria sang in the preschool choir at New Covenant Community Church.
After church Target was the destination to purchase a new tree for the Cooks...they couldn't find the stand for their old one! That week we had our first big snow of the season...7 inches...and temperatures down to 13 degrees! Brrrrrrrr
Decorating the tree and the house took me about one week as I started soon after we arrived home from Arizona on Dec 1st. The Byar's Carolers singing their welcome... The Russian tree is always fun to decorate with all the ornaments collected when we were there in the 90s, from Linda and Dave, from our trip to Sitka, Alaska, and from Sara when they went on their Baltic trip. Another snow storm... On Sunday, December 20th we celebrated an early Christmas with the Cooks here at Bass Lake The next day, Dec 21st, was my 5th Annual Cookie Exchange We spent Christmas in King City from Dec 23-26....Here, Christmas Eve dinner. Christmas morning...Santa came! Great Grandpa and Grandma with little Brinleigh Whew....busy month. Wishing everyone a very Happy New Year.....2010!
