I'm spending a week down here in Arizona before Kenny drives down on Thursday with the cabinets for our den and Evan and Kim's garage. Karen and Don Beringson are here and Karen and I did some shopping yesterday. Tomorrow our walking group is going to a movie (chick flick) and tomorrow night I am going with Linda and Dave (who arrived back here yesterday from a month in Chicago) to a Mexican Fiesta night at our restaurant here at Corte Bella. I'll be here for six weeks this time. It certainly beats the 35 degree temps and snow at Bass Lake!
On Friday the 13th I was invited to accompany Evan and Kim and attend a dinner and then the confirmation and communion at the catholic church that the Lancaster family attends in Glendale. The Bishop for the southwest was there to officiate for about 200 people who were being confirmed. Alyssa's sponsor was Kristen's friend Heather from Florida, who flew out for the service and the weekend! Below are a few pictures I took before and after the service.
